Devon and Cornwall Food Action

Devon and Cornwall Food Action (DCFA) and the Rotary Club of Okehampton are running a food hub at the Okehampton Rugby Club on Tuesday 10th March 2026 from 10.00 am to 01.00 pm. Please be aware the hub will be close promptly at this time.

DCFA ensures produce, that would otherwise go into landfill or be incinerated, reaches individuals and families needing assistance through running pop up hubs throughout the two counties.

No referral is necessary but the Charity requires that people using its services pre-order and bring their own shopping bags. A fee of £30 is charged, cash or card facilities available but cash is preferred if possible please. The fee goes to DCFA to cover their operating costs.

For this the customers gets:

• Fresh fruit and vegetables
• Cupboard staples including pasta, rice, bread, tins, cereal, tea, coffee
• Some treats like crisps and cakes
• Frozen food
• Pet food when available
