Qalokusha creche project

The Rotary Club of Okehampton partnered with the Rotary Club of Umhlanga (South Afica), the Rotaract Club of Tongaat (South Africa) and the Interact Club of Tongaat Secondary School (South Africa) to fund a new toilet block for older children at the  Qalokusha Creche after the tornado damageto the Tongaat district in June 2024.

President Chris and his wife, and fellow Rotarian Brenda, visited the day care centre in July 2025 to view the project.
