Rotary Club of Newquay handed out goody bags to the children in the town centre on Christmas Eve and Newquay Band played Christmas carols, despite torrential rain.
The children were delighted to receive their goody bags from Santa, one parent commenting “The goody bags were amazing my daughter loves hers - thank you so much for spreading Christmas cheer during these challenging times”Next year, the Rotary Club intends to return to normal service with the Newquay Land Train, farm animals and the customary fun & games.
