President's Night 2007

President's Night, this year, was held on the 30th March at the Thurlestone hotel. An excellent evening was had by all. A most interesting an humorous Response to the toast to the guests was given by Vice Admiral Sir John Tod K.C.B. C.B.E. and the main entertainment was provided by The Wag from Widecombe (Tony Beard).

The club members were delighted to have 2 Paul Harris awards made on the night 1 to Jeremy Sayers who has almost completed 50 years in Rotary, presented by President David and the other to President David White by Jeremy Sayers neither of whom knew of the other's nomination.
