About us

Chinnor Rotary is a progressive, project-based, local community group, with multi-generational appeal, from the age of 18 till the young at heart. Rotary is really for everyone, adults, 18 or over, women and men, irrespective of gender orientation, social background, race or ethnicity! Watch this video which proves this statement.

We are welcoming members over the age 18 from across the community of Chinnor Parish which includes Chinnor, Chinnor Hill, Emmington, Henton and Wainhill. We also welcome community minded people from the neighbouring villages who would benefit from a close-by Rotary Club. We are committed to making a meaningful contribution to the local community by supporting carefully selected local community projects. We hope we will have many events and activities throughout the year and our members will build lasting personal friendships and useful business connections too.

Our group members are currently meeting monthly on a Saturday morning at the Chinnor Village Centre Cafe. Some of our members who have children are more than welcome to bring them along, so there is no need to worry about childcare.
