About us

The Rotary Club of Dunoon meets at the Boathouse every saturday morning from 11am to 12pm, excellently placed for visitors coming by whatever means, only a couple of hundred metres from Dunoon Pier. A warm welcome awaits visiting Rotarians and guests.Contact us on dunoon.rotary@gmail.com

We also meet on the 2nd Thursday of every month via Zoom please contact us if you wish to join us and aditionally we meet for a meal at 51st State Dunoon on the last Thursday of every month at 6.45pm

Lying on the north coast of the Firth of Clyde Dunoon is the Clyde Coast gateway to Scotland's newest National Park. Easy access is made by train to Gourock then by Argyll Ferries ferry to Dunoon. By car the trip can be made either by leaving the car at CalMac Gourock terminal to sail on Argyll Ferries to Dunoon or bringing the car over on Western Ferries from MacInroy's point in Gourock to Hunter's Quay. If you bring the car there is plenty parking in the town and you always have the opportunity of a wonderful and scenic return journey via Strachur, Arrochar and Loch Lomond  passing by 5 lochs -  Holy Loch; Loch Eck, Loch Fyne, Loch Loch, Loch Lomond before rejoining the River Clyde at Bowling.
