Wollaton Park Rotary Club was chartered, that is admitted into the National and International world of Rotary, in 1981. It is one of the 72 Rotary Clubs in District 1220 which mainly covers Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire and some of South Yorkshire.
It is a very lively friendly and progressive club with a broad cross section of ages, backgrounds, gender and cultures. We support strongly the principle of 'Service above Self' in supporting projects locally, nationally and internationally. The projects range from giving our time and raising funds for a local charity to when a disaster strikes somewhere in the World.
