Wishing Wells
The Rotary Club of Carlisle has raised over £10,000 from the Wishing Well in The Lanes shopping centre in Carlisle city centre and we now have a second well at Houghton Hall garden centre on the A689 close to M6 J44

In 1983 we setup the Carlisle & District Talking Newspaper & Magazine for the blind association
