Wed 6th November 2024 - Planting crocus corms to 'End Polio Now'
Our members were delighted to be working with other volunteers from Erdington Litter Busters, planting crocus corms on the Sir Josiah Mason roundabout on the A452, midway between Erdington and Wylde Green.
Mon 4th November 2024 - Tools with a Mission (TWAM)
The Club continues to support TWAM - here's our latest donation. They take unwanted usable tools, refurbishes them, sorts them into trade tool kits and sends them to the developing world for livelihood creation.www.twam.uk

We were delighted to welcome Cllr John Perks accompanied by his wife, Sarah. He gave a most interesting insight into the role of Mayor and the Town Council. Both are pictured with our Club President Paul Lane.

We were delighted to welcome local MP Rt Hon Andrew Mitchell as a guest speaker, accompanied by colleagues from Rotary Sutton Coldfield Vesey. He spoke about current international, national and local matters. An excellent evening.

Thu 18th July 2024 - Helping out at Langley School, Sutton Coldfield
Our volunteers have been working with staff from Tesco and teachers, dismantling furniture, painting and moving items around at the school as the sensory facilities for the pupils are revamped. Surplus books are destined for Kids Club Kampala.

Organised by the Rotary Club of Lichfield St Chad with The Stan Bowley Trust attracting up to 1,000 cars and over 20,000 visitors, raising funds for local, national and international good causes. Our members have been invited to help steward the event.
