We not only change the lives of others; we change our lives, too.
Thanks to IPDG Barbara’s encouragement, all our RotaKids clubs have all been registered for 2023/24.
Congratulation to Joy Palmer-Cooper for her tremendous support of our RotaKids again this year.
At least three new Rotakids clubs are planned, so we can truthfully say we are training the new generation of Rotarians in our District.
more Entries are now closed for RYLA 2024 in August 2024 at the same site as last year, alongside Hannah's Meadow in Baldersdale, on the Cleveland Way.
more The 2023-24 Youth Competitions are now closed to new entries and the District Winners for all of the competitions are listed below.
more No Youth Exchanges are expected to be organised by RGB&I this Rotary year, though we are pleased to report that our District is supporting two young people wishing to participate in a STEP (Short Term Exchange Programme) Youth Camp in 2024.
more Our Rotaract Clubs are in Tyneside, Durham and Darlington.
more Our District now has eight active Interact Clubs, with more in the pipeline for chartering later.
more Our District entries won one first prize and one Highly Commended in the National Finals of the 2023 Youth Competitions. All of the results have now been published.
