Rotakids Litter Picking

ROTAKIDS LITTER PICKING RAISES FUNDS - April 2024

As one of their fundraising activities and to demonstrate their Environmental Awareness, the nine members of the Rockcliffe Rotakids Group undertook a litter pick along the length of Lonning Foot recently.  They plan to do two further litter picks in other parts of Rockcliffe village. Their efforts are being sponsored in aid of the Eden Valley Hospice Jigsaw Appeal and, with other activities the Group hopes to raise £500 for the appeal.

RotaKids is a scheme for year 5 and 6 pupils organised by Rotary Clubs throughout the UK.
