2024 Highland Hospice and Spey Valley Rotary

GOLF TOURNAMENT ENTRY FORM

DATE:                                     May 23rd 2024

TIME:                                Registration from 8:00 AM.

Tee-off from 8:30 AM, last tee off 1PM

PLACE:                   Grantown on Spey Golf Club PH26 3HY

 

ENTRY FEE: Team Entry Fee £120 (Includes green fees and sweeps and 4 bacon rolls)

(Members of Grantown Golf club may deduct £15 per playing member)

Format: Tournament will be played in a four-person stableford with the best 3 scores on each hole to count.

Tee off times:    Tee off times will be on a first come first served basis after payment received.

Prizes: Various team prizes and novelty prizes which will be announced on the day.

Handicaps: Full handicaps from yellow or red tees.

Cancellation Policy:

1.       If a team cancels up to a week before then 75% of fee will be refunded.

2.       If the golf tournament is cancelled due to weather or other events, players will receive a full refund.

3.        If a team cancels, 48-hour notice is required to receive 50% of the entry fee.

4.        If a team is a no-show, the entry fee is non-refundable.

Following their success in the local heat, Grantown came 2nd in the Area Final and will now compete in gthe District Final in Aberdeen

Last year the Club purchased a Shelter Box for use wherever in the world it is required so that no family is without shelter after disaster.

2023 Charity Golf Tournament raised over £3,000 split between Highland Hospice and Rotary Causes.
