Charity Donations and Service Activities 2023-2024

The Rotary Year runs from the 1st July until the 30th June.

In the current Rotary year, between the 1st July and the end of March 2024 our members have given  700 hours of their time to our own service activities and to those of other organisations where we have been able to help.

In the same period we have donated over £4,500 to 19 charities , 12 of which are local to West Wickham.including 2 foodbanks.

We met on the 26th March 2024 to nominate the charities and good causes that we are going to support and decide on the level of donations that we want to make. 

We have allocated £13,000 to 25 charities of which 13 are local including 2 foodbanks.

Thet does not mean that we have stopped or efforts. We will be holding other events in the period from the beginning of April and the end of June 2024 which will produce further funds for charities and good causes..
