OPPORTUNITY INTERNATIONAL

To continue our support of small business enterprise in Malawi; particularly to improve the lifestyle of women and girls who would otherwise be disadvantaged.

The club initially donated £500 in 2020-21 to support a small business enterprise in Malawi and specifically to focus on improving the lifestyle on otherwised disadvantaged women and girls.

This project was dear to the heart of Rotarian Syd Slater whose family donated some money to the club in Syd's memory. The club has used this money specifically on this project and we are making a further donation to support this cause.

We have received a recent report on the work on Opportunity International and details of what they do can be found at: https://opportunity.org/
