Rotary Club of Northampton West
Invite you to a Guest Evening with musical entertainment.
Thursday 28th September 6:30pm for 7:00pm
at Overstone Golf Club

We are hostng the Ukrainian Singers Laars (Konstanin) & Daria who will be entertaining us
with a mixture of popular songs and some traditional Ukrainian music.
Our Club are supportng Laars and Daria to raise funds for a Ukrainian Medical Charity in
support of war casualtes and there will be an opportunity for you to donate and support
them in their work (and possibly win 6 bottles of wine.)
Menu
1. Traditional slow roasted loin of pork
served with a sage & onion stuffing, apple sauce and homemade gravy.
2. Baked Salmon Fillet
Served with a cream chive sauce.
3. Spring Green Risotto
Italian rice in a creamy leek and spinach sauce, topped with a mix of steamed green
beans, broad beans, broccoli & peas, accompanied by garlic bread.
Dessert
A. Homemade Lemon Posset
Accompanied by shortbread biscuit
B. Crème Brûlée
Rich and creamy custard base topped with a layer of hard caramel.
C. Chocolate Fondant
Delicate chocolate fondant rounds filled with liquid chocolate centre, served with
vanilla ice cream.
