4 Clubs Dinner at Riverside Restaurant, the University Centre

Mon, Feb 24th 2020 at 7:00 pm -

Annual dinner for the four Rotary Clubs of Cambridge. Note this is a MONDAY night. See below for further details. BOOKING HAS NOW CLOSED

Cambridge South are hosting the Annual 4 Clubs Dinner.

Partners and Guests are of course extremely welcome.

Come and celebrate Rotary in Cambridge!

Our speaker on the night will be Clive Trott, a former British Army Officer (Lt Col).

He was commanding the UN Observer force as a seconded British Army Officer for the duration of the 2008 conflict between Russia and Georgia. He was the only Senior International Officer present on the ground during the Russian invasion. He was arrested by the Russian forces during the initial phase of the war, though continued operations throughout.

He has a unique insight into this conflict, the lessons of which were not learned by western governments, resulting in the subsequent Crimean and Ukrainian conflicts.

I do believe that this will be a truly fascinating talk, so please do come along and bring guests.
