(a) At the club SGM held on 23/11/18 the following were elected as officers for 2019/20:-
* President - Richard Strange
* President Elect - Ian Chacksfield
*Secretary - Andrew Shaw
*Treasurer - Tom Green
(b) with effect from 01/07/19 the president becomes immediate past president:-
* Immediate past president - Richard Arnold

(a) To elect committee leaders

(b) To elect up to six ordinary members of council:-

(2) TO ELECT CLUB DELEGATES AND SUBSTITUTES TO DISTRICT COUNCIL.

(3) TO ELECT AN INDEPENDENT EXAMINER OF THE CLUB'S ACCOUNTS

(4) TO RECEIVE THE TREASURERS INTERIM REPORT; TO AGREE SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BUDGETS FOR THE COMING ROTARY YEAR.
