Their aim was to provide a place for individuals to pursue their interest in Aeromodelling in a safe, friendly and encouraging environment. The club still seeks to promote an environment where beginners and veterans alike can pursue a range of interests related to Aeromodelling in all its forms. Scottish aeromodelling commenced 73 years ago, Tom had brought along a couple of their model planes and a few of the different engines used explaining about their power and comparison of these engines to some car engines.
