Terry retired from the Metropolitan Police in the rank of Superintendent. As a Sergeant he was attached to New Scotland Yard's Anti Corruption Unit. While an Inspector he was in charge of a Child Protection team. As a Chief Inspector he was Police Controller at Chelsea and Fulham football grounds. While a Superintendent, in times of crisis, he was one of the Yard's Hostage Negotiators.
Terry is an accomplished after dinner speaker and has a range of talks, including The Profumo Affair, Lady Chatterley and The Great Train Robbery. On this occasion he will be giving us a round up of 1963, a year of many tumultuous events. This should prove an interesting and entertaining evening. Guests will be very welcome.
