Social evening - Quiz?

Tuesday 23^rd August was one of the occasional social evenings in the club programme. President Mike welcomed the members , guests and George Kurian from the Rotary Club of Bangor who brought greetings from their President Pamela.

The format was a quiz, devised and presented by Chris Drew and  may have been entitled ‘What you do not know about Wales’ The questions covered a wide range of subjects as Chris had indicated in his preamble, so no one obtained 100% correct answers. However the Phil Jones team were the eventual winners and received four bottles of  locally brewed  Welsh beer for their efforts.

A pleasant evening of fellowship was enjoyed with thanks to Chris for his splendid work.
