He is Programme Director of the Consultation Institute which is a non profit making organisation based in Biggleswade.

Founded in 2003, The Consultation Institute is a UK-based, not-for-profit organisation, with its headquarters in Bedfordshire but operating throughout the British Isles and beyond.

The Consultation Institute's Mission

Is to promote the highest standards of public, stakeholder and employee consultation by initiating research, publications and specialist events in order to disseminate best practice and improve subsequent decision-making.

Our Aim

Is to help all those engaged in public or stakeholder consultation absorb best practice, encourage Innovation and improve its value to decision-makers whilst providing a much-needed opportunity for professional networking.

It is by law that public consultation takes place. Government orders them. In UK about 400 in a year.year. Uk is the best country in the world to have public consultations.We are in the age of consultation.Done for all aspects of life,NHS , BBC etc. It has good, bad and ugly side of it.It has to be planned, timed and done without any bias and not predetermined.Very interesting and informative talk every one enjoyed.
