Maggie Rich works for the Community Resettlement Support Project that befriends ex offenders & supports their resettlement into crime free lives. The project is constantly seeking volunteer befrienders to work with their clients for a period of up to 3 months.
We are a small, local charity working with offenders and ex-offenders as they resettle in the communities of Bedford, Bedfordshire, Luton and North Hertfordshire.
We provide befriending and support for men and women, recently released from prison. Our befriending and support is provided by a team of trained volunteers drawn from our local communities
We work closely with HMP Bedford and Bedfordshire Probation as well as local voluntary community and faith organisations
