"This house proposes that Britains should vote to leave
the European Union on 23rd June.”

The Proposer : Bruce. The Opposer : Keith.

 The Proposer will speak first for a maximum of 3 minutes
followed by the Opposer who will also speak for a maximum of 3 minutes.
 The debate will then be opened up to the floor with alternating opinions
Interruptions will only be allowed for a point of information.

"This house proposes that the world would be better off without mobile telephones"

We need volunteer proposers/opposers for the above topic.

I’m sure that the debates will not be quite as serious as the Oxford Union,
