Dear Fellow Rotarian
Our Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday 12th April 2015 at Clarence House, Portishead at 7.15pm.
1. To receive written Annual Reports of Club Council and Committees and the Treasurer’s interim report.
2. Fix subscriptions and proposed budget for 2015-2016.
3. To elect and re-elect Honorary Members for 2015-2016.
4. To elect 4 ordinary members to join Club Council. Any members wishing to stand should write direct to me and name their seconder as soon as possible.
5. To ratify the appointment of committee chairmen for 2015-2016.
6. Elect District Council reps and substitutes.
7. To appoint Club Auditor for 2015-2016.
