7:15pm RYLA Interviews - Air Cadets

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is Rotary's leadership training
program for young people.  The principle aims of RYLA is to provide an
effective training experience for selected young people who are potential
leaders.

'Managers  do things right. Leaders do the right thing'

 On Tuesday 19th March, 2 RYLA candidates from 418 (Aberconwy) Squadron, Air
Training Corps, Cadets Flight Sergeant Daniel Sampson and Sergeant Victoria
Barnes, along with their Officer Commanding, Flight Lieutenant Vince Morris
came to the club for assessment.

Each candidate gave a splendid presentation and answered some particularly
searching questions. It was agreed that Daniel was already in a extremely
good place and that the course would be most beneficial to Victoria.
The RYLA event is at the Arthog Activity centre near Barmouth  from Sunday
23 to Friday 28 August 2015
