6.00pm Skittles evening at Penrhyn Old Hall

With the demise of the Super Bowl in Llandudno, the meeting on 30th September was held at Penrhyn Old Hall. Following an early evening bar meal, the party of Rotarians, wives and friends took part in an evening of skittles.

In  recent bowling events, irrespective of type, scoring systems have become somewhat unreliable but  this event  was controlled by Guy Marsh, the owner/ manager of the establishment .

It is stressed, therefore, that despite holding  key offices of the club, 2 of the prize winners, Mike Clutton (President) and John New (Treasurer) as well as Mike Dean the newest member,  are considered as  perfectly bone fide winners.

It is felt that this venue and the format of the evening
