Visitors strolling around Llandudno town centre on Tuesday July 8^th might have been forgiven for having some concern for the well being of certain of the inhabitants. In twos and threes these strange people could be seen peering deeply into shop windows, closely scanning hotel notice boards, chatting in an animated manner, or suddenly pointing across the street or up in the air, shouting in exultation and excitedly scribbling on a sheet of paper.
