Sunday 13th October 2019

In Lowther Park, near Penrith

10km Trail Run start time - 1115 Registration 0900 to 1100[latest]

4km Fun Run start time - 1030  Registration 0900 to 1015[latest]

10km Trail Run: Superb one lap course amid the wonderful scenery of Lowther Park, on grass, farm tracks and tarmac.

Race HQ and Start at Lowther Castle Lowther, Penrith, CA10 2HH, off A6 4km south of Penrith. Free parking and toilets.

Age Limits for the 10km Trail Run, 15 or over.

Light refreshments - hot drinks and food will be available at the start/finish in Lowther Castle Cafe.

First aiders in attendance - route clearly marked and marshalled.

Medals for - first 3 juniors M/F (aged 15 to 18), first 3 men, first 3 ladies, first vet 40 M&F, first vet 50 M&F, and first vet 60 M&F. Presentations at approximately 1300 in the Castle courtyard.

Entries 499 Max.         Entry Fees:£12 in advance, £14 on the day


Fun Run: An attractive 2 lap 4km course on tracks and grass in front of Lowther Castle
Race HQ and Start at Lowther Castle, Lowther, Penrith CA10 2HH, off A6 4km south of Penrith. Free parking and toilets

Age Limits Entrants aged 14 or under must have a responsible adult on site

Light refreshments hot drinks and food will be available at the finish in Lowther Castle Cafe

First aiders in attendance; route clearly marked and marshalled. 

Medals/Prizes for following: First 3 boys and first 3 girls, plus merit awards for both boys and girls in age categories -under 8, 9-11, 12-14.

Presentations at approximately 1130 in the Castle courtyard.

Entry Fees:  £3 per entrant

RESULTS will be available when ready at penrithrotarytrailrun.org.uk
