Charity Quiz Night
This year's Charity Quiz (which raises money for local charities prior to Christmas) is being held in Headwell Bowling Club (60 Shamrock St, Dunfermline).
We very grateful to Headwell BC for free use of their premises which can accommodate 140 quizers.
About us
The Club meets weekly when most Rotarians get together for the Fellowship which is a keystone of Rotary.
Some meetings are purely for fellowship , some have a guest speaker and a very few are reserved for the business of the Club
Typically a meeting starts with a meal then continues for up to an hour with some socialising thereafter.
Although we have e-mail, web and social media presence, the face to face meetings contribute to the Club's team spirit (and not everyone reads e-mails!)
There is no absolute rule for attendance but every member is expected to make maximum effort to attend as many meetings as possible. The Rotary motto of Service Above Self applies here.
You can read more about us Here
If we have a 'big' social or fundraising event, usually on Friday, we do not have a regular meeting that week.
If you would like to help our work please donate what you can.
