About us
Salford with Swinton have been serving the local community for over 85 years, during that time the city has changed beyond all recognition. The Salford Quays is now a major tourist destination and of course is home to the BBC.
Doing The Right Thing Awards
Once again the club held the annual Doing The Right Thing Awards, each year high schools are asked to nominate students who have done good deeds in their school or community. The young people of this city are amazing.
Urban Kids Go Outdoors
The club was delighted to fund St Charles Primary School, Swinton year six pupils to attend a day full of outdoor activities, Zip wires, Orienteering and team building. The day was run by the talented staff at Petty Pool Outdoor Activity Centre in Sandbach, The kids really enjoyed pushing themselves to the limit.
