Charity Cheque Presentations

Linda Ngamlana & Martin Coombes, representing Amasango School, South Africa, made a presentation to KSW Rotary about their work and their plans for the future.


School Presentation Evening

Kirkbie Kendal, Dallam and QES Kirkby Lonsdale spoke about activities undertaken by their school and how these had benefited themselves and the community.


Donation to Rosemere Cancer Foundation

The Holmes family and Rotarian Allan Thomas presented a cheque to representatives of the Rosemere Cancer Foundation

Friends of Rotary are people who help with our various community projects (Westmorland Show etc) We hold regular meeting for Friends, the next one being on Tuesday 16th April at Carus Green Golf Club. This will be a two course dinner followed by a talk on Captain Fitzroy (of Darwin and meteorology fame.) A limited number of tickets are also available for the general public at £17 each.
