- providing clean drinking water & sanitation where there is none
- networking and helping other local clubs and groups
- providing emergency relief aid around the world
- fundraising for charities and good causes
- undertaking hands-on work within the local community
- organising community events like Dragon Boat Races, Santa Fun Runs, Bike Rides and 10K Races
