To celebrate us donating £500 to the charity The Meeting Room
Lisa and Paul, reprentatives from The Meeting Room, attended our recent club meeting to give an informative talk about their charity's many activities. As a club we have supported the charity for many years including its previous incarnation Pitstop. The charity offers support to vulnerable people in the Epsom and Mole Valley areas who are experiencing crisis or are in need. The support can take many forms and this was explained to us. Following the talk there was an extended question and answer session before a cheque presentation was made by our President Joe, pictured left. On the right of the picture is Chris Shortt, our main link with The Meeting Room.
