Today’s speaker was Richard Pennell, District Lead for Public Information. His subject (and it was illustrated )was social media and how they are using it in their Wensleydale club. 

 

Richard mentioned the various types of social media and viewing figures by age range.As a  means  of communications is extremely popular . They are using Facebook  and inform people about Rotary , club activities  and emphasised the importance of the photgrphs/video. Hopefully reaching a wider audience and it may attract new members . We are using Facebook .
