Charity Quiz Night

Our Annual Charity Quiz took place on Friday 20^th, this time at Wilton Bowling Club, with 15 teams taking part. With questions set by Elsa Neilson, competition was fierce and eventually the winning team was The Learners, consisting of Ian Aitken, Bert Lancaster, Allan McCredie and Ron Smith. The Quiz was to raise funds for the Junior Section of Hawick Saxhorn Band and £400 was generated for this cause.

There will be a second Rotary Quiz this year, on Friday May 8^th at the Evergreen Hall, to support Hawick Rotary's work with local schools. Mark the date in your diaries and contact Club Secretary Andy Tyler at athawrot@gmail.com to reserve your table.
