Bexhill War Memorial


Bexhill Rotary and Bexhill Lions together for Remembrance Service

This year's Remembrance Service was held in the warm sunshine at the Bexhill War Memorial De La Warr Parade. There was a verly large turn out to join together in remembering those who have given their lives in times of war. 

The whole service was organised by the Bexhill Branch of the Royal British Legion, their Chairman thanked everyone for fully supporting this day and for the generous donations received in this year's Poppy Appel. 

Wreaths were laid by many organisations and Bexhill Rotary President David and Bexhiil Lions President Sue laid theirs together on behalf of their respective organisations. President David said "This is an important time to be seen to be United for Good". President Sue commented "Together We Serve the same comunities in this town".
