Isla Edwards Family Liaison Metropolitan Police
The speaker on 6th October 2025 was Isla Edwards, a Family Liaison Officer in the Metropolitan Police. She is the daughter of Past President Jim Morrison.
Isla has served in the Met for 23 years and gave us a detailed description of what her job entails which included a couple of case histories of high profile murders. Both were solved with the perpetrators receiving life sentences. She was involved in a Sky TV documentary “Murder in the Park” and continues to stay in touch with the families of the victims.
