Cowbridge Dinner with RI Director Harriette Verwey

On her visit to South Wales a dinner was held at The Bear Hotel, Cowbridge, where RI Director Harriette Verwey addressed gathered Rotarians from Cowbridge, Cardiff, Cardiff Breakfast, Porthcawl, Pontypool, St Mellons, Bridgend and Llanelli, enlightening everyone with her vision of global connection and peace.

Cowbridge President, David Morris, was presented with a Peacebuilder Club Certificate, to acknowledge Cowbridge Rotary becoming one of the first Peacebuilder Clubs in Wales. She also presented Peace Builder Club certificates to Pritti Davies (Henllys) for Croesyceiliog Interact Club.

RI Director Harriette thoroughly enjoyed the warm welcome she received in Cowbridge.
