Skipton's Eco Day about saving the planet. Come along along to see and hear what you can do to help. Interesting speakers, things to do and lots to learn. Event based on the Skipton Town Hall BD23 1AH.
Environment donations/works so far this year.
- Hedge planting in Raikes Road Recreation Ground.
- Nell Bank project – outside space & works to pond.
- Skipton Girls School to manage their woodland
- Crocus bulbs to enhance Skipton
- Holme Grown Eastby
- Grassington Playground Association.
Environment plans moving forward.
Spoke to Emma at Skipton Town Council today regarding further environmental project that we could do together including the following :-
- Tree planting
- Hedge planting
- Bird boxes
- Wild flower planting
- Bulb planting.
