Chew Valley Primary Schools Rounders Competition
Chew Valley Primary Schools took part in their annual Rounders Competition at Chew Valley School on Thursday 3rd July. Teams played each other in a league competition so that each school played one game against each of the other schools. The games were organised and refereed by Year 10 PE students who did an excellent job ensuring that the games ran smoothly and, win or lose, everyone had a great time.
The picture shows the winning team from Chew Magna Primary School with the winners cup and medals. The Competition is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Chelwood Bridge Club and provide the Cup and medals each year. President John Butler and Rotarian Ken Biggs from the Club are pictured with the winning Chew Magna Team after the presentation.
