Christmas Dinner with Pete Prescott

This year's Christmas dinner was very well attended and we were well looked after by the staff at Cooden Beach Hotel. President David Dixson open the occasion and thanked everyone for their support over the last year. 

During dinner we has two challenging quizzes, one on Christmas based questions the other a pictorial quiz of places around Bexhill.

After dinner President Elect Sue Day introduced our entertainer Pete Prescott, whom she has known of many years. Peter, a professional singer has been performing for the last fifty years and has a vast repertoire covering rock, jazz, swing and pop music. Tonight's selection was around the theme of Christmas and cabaret style music. 

Then David Dixson gave his heartfelt thanks to Pete for entertaining us so brilliantly and congratulated the Social team for organising such an enjoyable evening.
