Frank Quinault took a bottle of malt to St Andrews' twin town, Loches, to share with members of the local Rotary Club.


Frank Quinault took a bottle of malt to St Andrews' twin town, Loches, to share with members of the local Rotary Club. His visit coincided with their presidential handover, from Jean-Pierre Machat, holding the quaich, to his successor, Ziad Nassif. The hope is that they will bring the quaich back to St Andrews with a bottle of VSOP cognac!
