Christmas Hamper Raffle for ED Foodbank

Hamper Ticket sales closed Monday 9th December 2024 with 559 tickets sold.

The hamper contained over £130 of food, drink and Christmas related items. Full details of contents below.  All proceeds to East Dunbartonshire Food Bank as all of the items are donations.  The draw was made on Tuesday 10th December at Tesco Milngavoe by one of their employees.  A winning ticket plus 5 reserve tickets were drawn.  The winner (and reserves) had 1 week to register their claim.  At the closing time the winning ticket had not been claimed so the 1st reserve was awarded the prize. This was Tracey from Milngavie. Most of the tickets were sold at Tesco.  £559 was raised by ticket sales along with £11 of donations.  Allander toppedthis up to £600 that was donated to the foodbank.

Tickets, costing £1 each could be bought in our on line shop at Products | Allander Rotary or at Tesco on the following dates:-  Friday 15th November and Friday 6th December, between 10am and 4pm on b0th days.

If buying at Tesco we are not alllowed to take any personal details so you will need to hold onto your ticket and check for the winning ticket number that will be posted by Tesco on their noticeboard.  We will also post the winning ticket number on our website and social media.  We will draw a winning ticket and at least 2 reserves in case the prize is not claimed.  Winner and reserve ticket holders will have 1 week to register their ticket.ie until midnight Tuesday 17th December. To claim email secretary@allander-rotary.org.  After 17th  December we will contact the winning ticket holder or the first registered reserve ticket holder.

If you are the winner we will contact you to arranged delivery. Delivery can be to anywhere within the UK. Receipt must be by someone 18 or over due to the hamper contains alcohol.
