A Busy Boot, Craft and Produce Fair
The weather on Sunday 1st September was generally sunny and warm, and a large number of curious customers were attracted to the West Martello Field to search for a bargain at one of the 90 stalls at the penultimate Fair of 2024.
There were so many members of the public who came from far and wide that the East Field had to be opened for use as an overflow car park.
There appeared at this Fair to be not so many unusual items for sale. There were though more stalls than normal stall selling furniture and a larger than normal number of traders white vans.
As a result of this Fair over £1300 was raised which will be used to support local charities and good causes and Rotary projects.
