Fundraiser BBQ for Conwy MIND
On the 16th July Rotarians from Llandudno and Conwy along with friends of Rotary and associated guests attended a BBQ at the home of Rtn Sarah Lesiter-Burgess, her husband Dr Chris Burgess and their 3 children.
A very pleasant social took place and productively a sum of £235 was raised for Conwy MIND.
Despite the grey weather, the atmosphere was fun filled, warm and engaging; with opportunities to discuss healthy mental well being with our guest: Nicola Jones Fundraiser and Community Engagement Officer at Conwy MIND.
It was also an opportunity to discuss future lead projects with respect to mental health among adolescents and parental support and advice.
