Rossendale Round the Hills Walk

Rossendale Rotary's annual community walk in the beautiful Rossendale countryside. The full walk is 18 miles, but a shorter 14 mile route is also available. Entry is free, but we do ask for a donation towards local Rotary charities
This year we will still start and finish at Marl Pits Leisure Centre, but we are now using Rossendale Sports Club for registration and certificate presentation. The good news is that the bar will be open when you return, and food will also be available to purchase, giving you the chance to chill out after your efforts. Even better, there are no steps to climb to claim your shiny certificate!!
This event could not take place without the help of our supporters: RBC (Community Partnership Grants), Rossendale Leisure Trust (Together an Active Future), Rossendale Sports Club, Lee Ashworth, Veterans in the Community, Rossendale Ramblers, various Friends of Rotary and other Rotarians from around District 1190. Thanks also to our friends at Edgeside Baptist Church, who will be providing refreshments as usual.
As always, Rossendale & Pendle Mountain Rescue Team will be in attendance.
