Past Presidents Dinner

Lucky 13 past presidents and guest Jean-Marc enjoyed a night out at Rusacks then the New Club for dinner.
Skillfully organised by Frank Quinault this was a fun way for presidents to let their hair down and remember all their experiences and privilage of having been President of the Rotary Club of St Andrews
