Handover Evening
with new President Lorraine McEvoy
Handover night is a special event in Prestwick Rotary Club. New President Lorraine McEvoy has taken over the role from retiring President Gregor Purdie. Gregor gave a brief valedictory talk on how much he has enjoyed being Club President. The Club has been very socially active over the past year, with plenty of fun and laughter on the way and everyone had a wonderful time.
New Pesident Lorraine received the chain of office, and in return presented Gregor with his Past Presidents Jewel and Bar. Lorraine then gave a brief address, stressing the importance of continuity, looking forward to another great year ahead. Everone offered their warmest thanks and best wishes to both Rotarians. The members are looking forward to year 2024/25.
The secretary this year will be Gregor Purdie.
