Nearly 40 S4 pupils from 5 Fife schools spent a day at the University of St Andrews learning about Life Sciences, from the biomolecular processes that make life possible right up to the complexity of the human brain itself. Here they are at the Scottish Oceans Institute, before going in to watch seals swimming - a wonderful example of evolutionary adaptation. The day was sponsored by the Rotary Clubs of Cupar, Glenrothes and St Andrews.
