Your conference places are not confirmed until payment has been received by the Conference Registrar.

Payment options are:

• Cheque payable to "Rotary South Events Limited" sent to Conference Registrar, Rtn Alan Knight, 38 Wordsworth Mead, Redhill RH1 1AJ.     

Cancellation Policy  

Notice of cancellation received on or before 13 September 2024 will be eligible for a full refund.

Notice of cancellation received on or after 14 September 2024 will not be eligible for a refund *unless due to serious illness or bereavement ~ see below.

*Cancellations made due to serious illness or bereavement will be given consideration for a full refund providing the illness falls under one of the following categories:  

• Hospitalisation
• Operation/Surgery (out or in-patient)
• Chronic Disease deterioration
